This method is a partnership between the patient and the practitioner where a six session treatment plan is designed for each patient to increase your mobility, agility and joint range of motion whilst focusing on decreasing pain.A thorough pre massage consultation determines your treatment plan and this is re - assessed durin the sessions to move the desired outcome .
